Every product sold by us is inspected for quality, but if you purchase something from us and decide later on that it's not what you want/need, it can be returned in its original condition within 7 days of the date of delivery.
Before returning any product(s), please contact us either via phone at (402) 467-5402 or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state the reason for your return.
While returning the product(s), please make sure that it is packaged properly and securely along with all the original sales receipts and packaging materials. We also recommend getting the package insured for safety reasons.

Once the package is shipped, please make sure to share its tracking details with us so we can monitor it.
The products returned should be in their original condition. We will not be liable for any damage or loss that may happen during transit, which is why secured packaging and insurance are always recommended. If the product(s) arrives damaged, worn out, altered or re-sized in any way, it will not be accepted for return. Also, note that custom made jewelry including custom engraved products will not be accepted for return.
Once we receive the product(s), we will inspect it meticulously to ensure that the original condition is intact before initiating your refund within 2 to 3 business days. Note: Any shipping fee charged at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
